Job Summary

We are partnering with a Global Freight and Logistics organisation seeking a Customs Clerk. This is an office based position, but will in time be a remote position after training.


· Assisting and arranging all documentation
· Complete all Customs entries from start to finish for imports and exports
· Handling documents being imported or exported to/from overseas
· Create customs entries
· Complete customs procedures codes and excise
· Invoicing customers
· Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
· Organise shipments with customers on a global basis
· Checking import tariffs and trade agreements

Skills Required;

· Knowledge of customs procedure codes
· Customs entries experience
· Knowledge of all modes of transport
· Strong organisational and communication skills
· Ability to work as part of a team
· Good problem-solving skills
