An amazing opportunity awaits for a Sales Specialist in the property and serviced apartment sector in London.

Your goal – To successfully sell, network and build relationships to increase the supply of properties for the serviced apartments portfolio in London.

The Role:

  • Pitching and acquisition of all London properties / suppliers utilising both warm and cold leads
  • Researching and building prospect network for new lead generation 
  • Responsible for supply sales, acquiring properties / private landlords to expand the London portfolio
  • Networking with clients and attending industry-related events
  • Maintaining positive relationships with channel management suppliers 
  • Supply acquisition of properties in London to grow the portfolio of properties in the region
  • Expanding the company’s network and increasing occupancy
  • Developing relationships with the property owners and landlords
  • Serving as a brand ambassador for the company within the serviced apartment and property sector
  • Portfolio management including new property onboarding
  • Ensuring revenue and channel management, to ensure properties are marketed accordingly
  • Staying up to date with current trends, rental prices, and services
  • Devise a pricing strategy and rate schedule for each property 

The Person:

  • Natural ‘go getter’ salesperson who can network and build relationships confidently
  • Ambition to grow and progress in their career alongside company growth 
  • Ability to travel throughout London to meet property owners/landlords as needed
  • Strong property and/or serviced apartment knowledge and experience
  • Ability to work independently from home
  • Proven telesales experience
