Service Manager – Nottingham

Our client, a leading provider of care is searching for a Service Manager to join their busy team based in Nottingham.

The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall Operations of Services, working closely with the Operations Manager and Directors of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 2 service sites
  • Oversee and manage the referrals and assessments of service users, meeting all referral targets
  • Ensure all benefit entitlements are claimed by the user
  • Be part of the out of hours call out service
  • At all times, ensure all Health and Safety regulations are met throughout the setting
  • Oversee the support that the service users receive
  • Provide monthly updates to senior Management on the settings performance
  • Manage staff by setting targets, managing their workload and provide 1:1 support
  • Assist with recruitment of staff, provide inductions and onboarding
  • Assist and monitor the settings budget
  • Contributing to the development of the home

Skills:

  • Several years’ experience working within a similar role
  • Experience managing several sites
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Previous Experience managing a large team
  • Computer Literate
