Job Summary

We are currently partnering with a Professional Services Firm in their search for a Client Operations Manager to join their expanding team in Hong Kong!

This role would suit a commercially minded individual who has previous experience with client process operations.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all processes and policies in place are managed efficiently and successfully, always supporting the client’s needs
  • Seek out areas of improvement within the teams by analysing data and develop ways to ensure the teams run seamlessly
  • Oversee training within the teams, improving company processes and best practices
  • Liaising and communicating all operation processes to all teams
  • Overseeing project process role out, monitoring impact and making changes where necessary
  • Work closely with APAC managers and other global operations teams

Skills Required:

  • Previous experience working within Operations within the professional services industry
  • Strong education background, Bachelor’s degree from a leading university
  • Fluency in Mandarin is desirable
  • Excellent verbal & nonverbal communication skills & the ability to work well in a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask to ensure that you can successfully  manage multiple projects
  • Computer Literate
