Job Summary

Alchemy are partnering with a highly reputable Moving & Relocation provider with their search for a Relocation Services Manager to join their team in Bangkok, Thailand.

We are seeking a professional, driven leader with a proven record of accomplishment in Thai Immigration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible for the management of the relocation services team, ensuring each team member is reaching their goals
  • Visit existing corporate client accounts with the corporate services manager to introduce the relocation services
  • Hold monthly review meetings with the relocation services team
  • Review and evaluate the strengths and areas for improvement within the department, and implement process improvement
  • Responsible for hiring of the relocation team, provide training and mentoring where required
  • Manage the relocation service vendors ensuring a high level of service is provided
  • Attend corporate sales meeting, reporting monthly to the managing director
  • Support and assist senior management with the annual budget

Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience within Thai Immigration
  • Previous experience managing a department
  • Experience with immigration systems and corporate relocation services systems and expertise in immigrant and non-immigrant visa processing
  • Ability to work independently according to business needs, fulfill objectives timely with little supervision, as well as excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management skills, work under pressure and with multiple deadlines
  • Fluency in English is essential
