We are looking for an experienced US Domestic Move Coordinator to join our client’s US Domestic Household Goods Moving services team in Houston, TX.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled US Domestic Moving & Relocation professional to join a growing business function.
This opportunity will best suit a polished individual that has a wealth of experience coordinating domestic household goods logistics from door to door, and that has exceptional customer service skills.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Fully coordinating US domestic household good moving and relocation services
- Managing the door to door moving of personal effects
- Overseeing a caseload of assignee’s during their domestic relocation
- Liaising with clients, shipping companies and relocation DSP vendors
- Maintaining regular communication with clients and assignees regarding the status of their household goods shipment departure and arrival
- Deliver a high level of customer service support at all times
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Must have experience managing US domestic household goods moving, logistics and relocation processes
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of relocation and moving
- High levels of customer service and communication skills
