Job Summary

A global relocation and assignment services provider are looking to hire a Client Services Manager, Relocation to work remotely in London or the surrounding areas.

The Client Services Manager, Relocation will be responsible for managing and developing a dedicated client portfolio focussing on client services, client management and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of client accounts
  • Act as subject matter expert on global mobility and relocation matters
  • Ensuring successful service delivery on all accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
  • Provide ongoing client services such as global mobility policy and benefits counselling, relocation management, advisory services etc.
  • Upselling and cross-selling international assignment and relocation services to all clients where possible to add value to clients and increase revenue
  • Resolve any issues that may arise
  • Regular reporting and analysing data to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Review and negotiate client contracts and renewals
  • Meeting with clients face to face and virtually
  • Develop client proposals and presentations
  • Work closely with internal staff and third party vendors to ensure services are delivered in line with client policy
  • Initiates client performance review and completes a formal review of each client
  • Provides management and leadership to staff offering support and guidance

Key Requirements:

  • Over 5 years dedicated Client Services, Operations or Account Management experience in the Relocation, Global Mobility or International Assignment industry is required
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of International Assignment and Relocation Services
  • Ability to work across multiple global time zones
  • Knowledge of expatriate compensation, COLA, tax preferred however not essential
  • Some staff management / supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment to strict deadlines
  • Proven track record of client success and retention
