Job Summary

Global Reward & Tax, Senior Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity available for a skilled Senior Manager, Global Reward & Tax to join our award-winning client.

You’ll join a relatively young Global Reward business function who are breaking the traditional mould and creating a future forward environment.

This position may offer full-time remote working for the right individual.

Key responsibilities of the Global Reward & Tax Senior Manager include;

  • Providing global tax, compensation, benefits, payroll and HR services to clients utilising a depth of reward, tax and executive compensation knowledge
  • Maintaining senior level client relationships and advising on operational and process issues with a high level of accountability for service delivery
  • Taking a lead role in the ongoing development and career growth of junior team members within the global reward tax division
  • Building and developing client relationships by making tax technical and practical recommendations to clients and prospective clients
  • Identifying and leading new service opportunities with existing clients
  • Managing risk and financial performance of engagements, including billing, collections and budget for assigned projects
  • Driving project management by leading planning meetings on client engagements
  • Hosting regular team meetings to discuss recent experiences and identify out of scope work
  • Coaching and developing staff within the team advancing their global reward and tax knowledge and experience
  • Working to contribute to client and business developments efforts

Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, Licensed CPA, JD/LLM or: EA, PMP, CBAP, GPHR, MBA, MS, ASOA, ENR ACT, FSA, CBP, CCP, CEBS, CPP, PHR, SPHR, and, SGMS accreditation
  • Experience leading multiple large client engagements and client service teams
  • Skilled in prioritizing multiple projects, working on multiple assignments, and managing assignments in a team environment
  • Proven leadership, technical, analytical, consultative and project management skills
  • Ability to identify and effectively communicate recommendations to clients
  • Capability to develop new client service opportunities and foster client relationships by demonstrated proficiency in Global Rewards as a subject matter professional
  • Ideally 7 years + experience in three or more of the following areas;
    • Total rewards and benefits
    • Global compensation and equity sourcing and taxation
    • Domestic and global employment tax compliance and consulting
    • M&A advisory
    • Executive compensation and compensation integration
    • Corporate taxation
    • ASC 718, ASC 740
    • Share-based compensation delivery and data & analytics
    • Mobility tax compliance and consulting
