A fantastic position is now available for an Assignment Pro Support Analyst to join our client a rapidly expanding relocation service provider.
Your main responsibility will be managing and supporting Assignment Pro. You’ll be managing users’ expectations ensuring day to day business support tickets are prioritised alongside business needs, working alongside the Assignment Pro Team lead.
This exciting position requires an individual that has exceptional interpersonal and documentation skills and can build a strong rapport with the users.
- Work closely with Assignment Pro users to identify and cater to their needs, ensuring business support tickets are prioritised.
- Provide technical solutions to business difficulties.
- Continuously look for ways to improve the business efficiency through streamlined requirements.
- Effectively communicate and document business and IT information in line with agreed processes and procedures.
- Balance technology and business issues, communicating appropriately with both technology and business experts.
- Recommend solutions to improve business decision-making with a focus on the core systems, technology strategies and standards.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Previous experience working within a similar role, configuring and supporting Assignment Pro and other business systems.
- Has strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and continuous deployment models.
- The capability to manage multiple small projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
- Understands business priorities and manages them effectively.
- Ability to multitask, while working under pressure.
