Job Summary

Due to growth and expansion, our client is looking to hire a skilled Global Relocation Manager to join their thriving UK based team.

This position will partner with global assignees, guiding them through their global relocation process.

Duties of the Global Relocation Manager include;

  • Coordinating the relocation and global mobility services from start to finish
  • Managing a caseload of relocating employees, providing quality client services at all times
  • Supporting vendor management of suppliers
  • Building relationships with clients and international assignees
  • Coordinating shipments of household goods moves from door to door
  • Acting as the subject matter expert regarding international relocations
  • Managing freight forwarding and customs documentation 
  • Providing knowledge and guidance to clients and relocators during their relocation process
  • Ensuring records are maintained with accurate data

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience managing and coordinating international relocations
  • Strong knowledge of the household goods moving process
  • Keen interest in the global mobility industry
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Fluency in English is essential, fluency in another language would be advantageous
