Job Summary

We are seeking a natural Sales professional to join a thriving and fast-developing US business in Illinois!

We are specifically looking for sales talent with knowledge or exposure to one of the following sectors, or a related industry;

  • Furniture sales
  • Commercial office moving
  • FF&E Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment
  • Commercial office space
  • Real Estate sales

Who are we looking for:

  • Outgoing and personable character with drive and determination  
  • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to continuously drive sales efforts 
  • A great multi-tasker who thrives working in a fast-paced environment
  • An excellent communicator (written and verbal)
  • A hard worker with a desire for success
  • Advanced IT skills using MS Office and CRM systems such as NetSuite 
  • Someone who wants to be part of an energetic, sales-driven team!
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills within a new industry
  • Analytical mindset and strong numerical skills 
  • A bachelor's degree (preferred but not essential)

Responsibilities of the Sales Executive include;

  • Selling projects to clients based on their needs, both in-person and virtually 
  • Participating in client sales meetings to fully determine the scope of projects
  • Helping to identify strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Creating and presenting estimate quotes to clients
  • Negotiating project costs to maximize overall return on investment
  • Using sales techniques to foster and develop client relationships whilst up-selling
  • Utilizing the CRM system and database to manage the client sales leads
  • Maintain cost databases with relevant data
  • Ensuring client satisfaction at all times
  • Serving as a brand ambassador
