Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Consultant to join our clients growing Business Development team in Tokyo, Japan.

Key criteria of the role:

  • Must have B2B (Business to Business) sales experience
  • Must have a keen interest in sales
  • Previous corporate business development experience is highly desirable 
  • Full-cycle sales experience from introduction to closing the deal is preferred

  • You will focus on targeting potential new business and identifying new opportunities
  • Directly selling the company’s HR and People Movement services
  • Contacting HR decision-makers to sell services
  • Deliver presentations to potential new clients
  • Participate in RFPs
  • Represent the company at networking events

What's required for this role: 

  • Previous B2B (Business to Business) sales experience
  • Experience selling services to companies
  • Previous experience selling to HR contacts
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM) would be advantageous 
  • Fluency in English and Japanese is essential
