Job Summary

We are supporting a US based hospitality provider who are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team through to growth.

The successful candidate will play a key part in the Customer Service Team making sure that every client and Customer has 1st class service.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
•    Responsible for developing and maintaining clients 
•    Providing an efficient and positive customer experience
•    Process client arrivals and departures 

Experience & Qualifications: 
•    Proficient in English 
•    Experience within the Hospitality, Travel, Real Estate or Relocation Industries 
•    Demonstrated history of Multitasking 

Skills: 
•    Positive attitude 
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•    Strong attention to detail 
•    Excellent communication skills 
•    Desire to learn 
•    Conflict resolution skills would be advantageous
