Job Summary

We are currently partnering with an international business who due to growth are seeking an Export Administrator to be based in their Manchester office.

This individual will be responsible for liaising with clients daily ensuring all their shipments and delivery are export correctly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with customers daily.
  • Ensuring internal software is always up to date.
  • Liaise with export planners.
  • Invoicing.
  • Completing export customs entries.
  • Create paperwork for the drivers on deliveries.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Skills Required

  • Over 3 years’ experience dealing with Export shipments worldwide.
  • Previous Dispatch / shipping environment experience.
  • A confident and approachable person.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • IT literate.
  • Knowledge of SAP and GTA system is an advantage.
