Director of Client Services

Our client, a Technology-Driven Relocation and Assignment Company who provides their services Globally is looking for a Director of Client Services to join their team in Virginia. 

The Director of Client Services will be responsible for exceptional Account Management while representing the business as an individual with expert Global Mobility and Expatriate Tax knowledge. 

The successful candidate will be able to Leverage extensive Global Mobility and Relocation knowledge to contribute to Projects across the company. 

Director of Client Services Key Duties:

  • Ensure the efficient running of Workflow and Operations 
  • Provide comprehensive data reporting 
  • Act as a Primary Account Manager for US Domestic and International Mobility Clients 
  • Develop strong strategic relationship within the Global Mobility and Expatriate Industry 
  • Oversee account development and maintenance, as well as managing reviews, client forums and business entertainment 
  • Create a trusting working relationship with clients and management 
  • Drive and support Mobility and Relocation strategy development, implementation and execution
  • Develop revenue enhancement strategies supporting the Mobility and Relocation business plan
  • Continually review current pricing arrangements and risk exposure to ensure Client Retention
  • Collaborate with leadership teams across the business to devise business plans to ensure cross-selling of products and services
  • Provide creative input and planning for client events, including Client Summits and other industry conferences
  • Be responsible for Profit and Loss for your client portfolio, including budgeting and forecasting 
  • Develop strategies for RFI and RFP support, sales and presentation assistance

Skills and Experience: 

  • Bachelors degree or above 
  • Tax certification is preferred 
  • Minimum 5 years experience with all aspects of International Mobility Business, ideally with some direct Expatriate Tax Experience 
  • CRP and GMS Designation preferred 
  • Thorough understanding of Expatriate compensation, year-end reporting and compensation accumulation processes, as well as Domestic and International Supply Chain use, management, issue resolution and Value Propositions
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills 
  • Strong client facing presentation skills 
  • Project Management skills are preferred
