Our client, one of the leading moving and relocation companies in the tri-state area is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team. They treat each move as their own and take pride in customer service.
- Communicate with customers on a regular basis throughout the moving process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to make sure all moves run smoothly and efficiently
- Establish and maintain business relationships with other departments by preparing and forwarding relevant documentation
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the full service
- Experienced in customer service within the household goods or moving industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well organized with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Experience with using Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn internal software(s).
- This individual should be patient, attentive, goal oriented, and be willing to learn.
- Ability to work extended hours as needed.
