Job Summary

We are partnering with an established and globally recognised Art Organisation who are seeking an Administrator to support their Shipping team.

The ideal candidate is an individual who can think proactively and provide fast solutions to any issues they may come across in a calm and professional manner. Experience with Temporary Admissions and Bonded Warehousing is beneficial.

Duties of the role include:

  • Liaising with clients and colleagues to organise collections and deliveries
  • Support the shipping team with imports and exports
  • Creating invoices for shipments and storage
  • Collating relevant documents for customs entries and temporary admissions
  • Liaising with third party suppliers and external providers
  • General administrative duties such as entering information into the internal database

Additional skills:

  • Has previously worked within an administrative role in an art or luxury design logistics company
  • Knowledge of bonded warehousing and temporary admissions is advantageous
  • Confident using a computer and familiar with the Microsoft Office package
  • A confident communicator
  • A team player who works well in an intimate group
  • A keen eye for detail
