Job Summary

Our client, a well-established Serviced Apartment provider, is looking for a Reservations and Account Manager to join their team

The Reservations and Account Manager will be responsible for dealing with all Serviced Apartment enquiries, converting new bookings, recording full and accurate details for bookings and have a good knowledge of the Serviced Apartment facilities and local areas.

Key responsibilities;

  • Ability to provide Reservations/ administrative support to operational teams.
  • Ensure that Serviced Apartment reservations, bookings and related administration is accurately and timely processed.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing Serviced Apartment clients.
  • Convert enquiries into new bookings
  • Assist guests with any queries and issues during their stay

The role will cover an international market with late night shift working required.

The ideal candidate will be;

  • Great communication skills
  • Another language an advantage
  • Experience in a Customer Service role.
  • Good time management
