Job Summary

Alchemy is partnering with a global relocation firm in their search for a Relocation Coordinator with fluency in French and English.

This position offers full-time remote working from home in EST or CST Time Zone.

Duties of the Relocation Coordinator (Fluent French):

  • Acting as the go-to point of contact for corporate clients and their relocating assignees
  • Supporting expatriate international assignees during their relocation phase
  • Understanding client’s real estate requirements for their international relocation
  • Obtaining market appraisals, marketing plans, and property management services from real estate partners
  • Providing relocation and real estate policy counselling and advice to clients
  • Coordinating with international real estate vendors to ensure client needs are met
  • Staying up to date with the client’s relocation process and providing solutions where issues arise
  • Helping to develop and implement relocation programs and policies
  • Overseeing expense tracking and reporting for each account

Requirements of the Relocation Coordinator (Fluent French)

  • Professional fluency in French & English is essential
  • Experience in the Relocation, Global Mobility, Real Estate or Corporate Housing sector preferred
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once
  • Outgoing and personable character
  • Strong IT skills using MS office
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not essential
  • Keen desire to learn and develop new skills
  • Analytical skills and a good problem solver
