A full-service Moving and Relocation company based in Utah is looking for an experienced Terminal Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the entire branch including operations, sales, customer service and marketing. The company’s services include local and interstate household goods, office, and industrial and commercial warehousing.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality customer service by ensuring the efficiency of the branch
  • Monitor external activity and provide feedback to enhance profitability
  • Analyse employees’ skills and to determine training opportunities to ensure world class customer service is being delivered
  • Increase employee engagement by communicating branch performance and goals
  • Lead, mentor, and coach to enhance and retain talent
  • Develop strategies to identify and rectify any delivery issues
  • Provide a safe working environment
  • Responsible for executing branch sales and profitability goals

Requirements:
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in management within the moving and relocations industry
  • Have previously worked for a large branch with multiple lines of business
  • Customer service and sales experience to enhance corporate and commercial business
  • Operations strategies, financial statements, and budgeting knowledge 
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 software
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Strong strategist and problem-solving skills within a face paced environment
