International Move Coordinator - Removal Services

A leading removals company is looking for an International Move Coordinator to join their team based in their Bedfordshire branch for a 9-12 month contract with the potential of it becoming a permanent position.

The position requires excellent customer service and communication skills as you will be responsible for the entire removals process of clients’ personal items and household goods on a door-to-door basis.

International Move Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the coordination of domestic and international removals
  • Being accountable for corporate household goods removal services 
  • To research and communicate, ensuring all international removals shipping procedures are adhered to
  • Coordinating with FIDI & BAR for audits carried out
  • Manage customer removals enquiries, complaints, and feedback
  • Handling the removals of imports, exports, domestic & third countries
  • Organize the movement of HHG’s belongings 
  • Review and analyse daily reports to determine opportunities and drive performance
  • Completing admin tasks such as customer invoices and reviewing/writing reports
  • Collecting overdue payments
  • Meet deadlines

International Move Coordinator Requirements:
  • Previous move management and supply chain experience within the international and domestic removals industry
  • Experience in worldwide customs requirements in line with FIDI
  • Knowledge and management of profit and Loss for the international department
  • Aware of import and export procedures and LCL, FCL & AIR shipments
  • Must be a self-motivated individual that can effectively problem solve in a face paced environment
