Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has become available for an International Assignment Coordinator to join a leading relocation and global mobility provider working on-site for their large corporate client in Jersey City.


  • Respond to incoming inquiries from assignees and manage appropriately
  • Provide daily support to the international assignment management team
  • Ensure internal system is kept up to date with relevant data such as expatriate documentation as per company policy and procedures
  • Review cost estimates and ensure accuracy
  • Liaise with third party vendors for various services including immigration and tax


  • 2+ years International Assignment/Global Mobility or Relocation experience
  • Ability to provide high levels of customer service to assignees
  • Can work well to a high standard in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Suite
