Job Summary

Our client, a leading removals company, are looking for an Office Administrator/ Warehouse Operator to join their team based in Stroud.

Responsibilities include:

  • Duties will be split between an office and warehouse environment
  • Completing accounts and payroll records
  • Dealing with customers, suppliers and employees queries in compliance with company policy and regulations
  • Assist the branch manager with processing complaints and reports
  • Manage warehouse client bookings
  • Communicate and liaise between storage and clients 
  • Deal with container requests within set time frames
  • Assist with management of the warehouse
  • Actively seek opportunities within the operation of the warehouse to maximise output

Requirements:
  • Good understanding of the Microsoft 365 Software
  • Communication and organisational skills
  • Demonstrate a polite friendly manner, whilst maintaining an approachable and positive attitude
  • The ability to remain calm and show resilience when faced with challenging situations.
