Our client, a well-established Serviced Apartment provider, is looking for a Guest Services Administrator to join their team

The Guest Services Administrator will be responsible for dealing with all Serviced Apartment enquiries, converting new bookings, recording full and accurate details for bookings and have a good knowledge of the Serviced Apartment facilities and local areas.

Key responsibilities;

  • Ability to provide Guest Services administrative support to clients and customers
  • Ensure that Serviced Apartment reservations, bookings and related administration is accurately and timely processed.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing Serviced Apartment clients.
  • Provide guests with top class customer service
  • Assist guests with any queries and issues during their stay
  • Assisting with maintenance and housekeeping enquiries

The ideal candidate will be;

  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience in a previous Guest Services role.
  • Good time management
