Job Summary

Alchemy Global Talent are partnering with a Corporate Accommodation provider to assist them in their search for a Marketing Director.

 

As the Marketing Director you will be responsible for leading the marketing function for the business, including developing marketing initiatives, managing various marketing channels and building awareness of the brand within the corporate housing and serviced apartment industry.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Create and Implement marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Ensure branding consistency across all marketing and sales communications
  • Design and deliver marketing materials to support the sales team to generate new business
  • Utilise data to continuously improve marketing strategy
  • Create and execute RFP’s process, including proposal writing
  • Oversee social media strategy, email campaigns and interactive marketing and promotions
  • Manage and develop Adword campaigns
  • Create and oversee marketing department budget
  • Attend and organise company trade shows, conferences, and events
  • Manage the marketing team, overseeing recruitment, training, coaching and performance reviews

 

Requirements:

  • Significant marketing experience, including marketing leadership – ideally in corporate housing or related industry
  • Ability to create engaging, innovative and successful marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of various digital platforms especially social media, SEO, PPC and mobile applications, and proficient with Google Analytics
  • Previous management of design teams for a range of projects relating to marketing
  • Strong RFP creation experience, including proposal writing
  • Copywriting skills including proof reading
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree
