Administrator – French Speaking

A new and exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Administrator to join our client’s team in London.

The Administrator will support Global Mobility Consultants with day to day administration duties, assisting with coordination in all aspects of international relocations.

Fluency in English and French is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking travel and accommodation for the consultant when necessary
  • Accurately recording and updating CRM Data
  • Contributing to unique ad-hoc projects with online research
  • Diary management and providing cover for staff that are out of the office
  • Scheduling calendar invites as requested with clients, ensuring correct time zones have been applied
  • Provide on-going administrative support to the consultant

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience working in an office-based role handling customer service and administration preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent IT skills using Microsoft suite (Word and Outlook)
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task
  • Fluency in English and French is essential
