Job Summary

Our client a professional services firm is seeking a Global Mobility Consultant in their London office.

The Global Mobility Consultant will consult with clients Human Resources and Global Mobility teams to review, design and implement international assignment programmes.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • Provide advisory services and solutions designed to Clients’ business
  • As part of the International Assignments team, analyse client’s requirements and create solutions to assist them define processes and implement assignment management tools to manage their global workforce
  • Create International assignment policies
  • Ensure that international assignments are structured correctly
  • Reduce risk and ensure tax and immigration compliance
  • Provide advice to Clients on expatriate remuneration and benefits
  • Shape and develop international reward strategies
  • Conduct programme analysis and provide results and recommendations to Clients
  • Design policy decision trees and using RASIC charts to develop supporting material and guidelines for IHR professionals
  • Collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders regarding implementing international assignment programmes
  • Act as SME providing specialist advice and training on Global Mobility to stakeholders and International assignments team
  • Attend Global Mobility events and create and deliver presentations 
  • Write articles and Global Mobility blog posts
Required experience and Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years' Global Mobility experience, ideally Big4 or within an in-house setting
  • Bachelor’s Degree qualification
  • Good knowledge of international tax and social security
  • Knowledge of payroll 
  • Fluent English and additional European language and advantage
