Job Summary

Our client, is looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join their team in Frankfurt, Germany.

The Client Solutions Manager will be responsible for understanding client requirements and resolving any issues that may face promptly. You will undertake a reactive approach for when issues are brought to your attention, and then a proactive approach to ensure clients do not face similar issues often.  

Client Solutions Manager Key Duties:

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team and guide them to targeting the right audience 
  • Create, develop and maintain established partnerships within the Global Mobility sector 
  • Identify barriers that are halting business growth and work closely with internal teams to develop effective solutions 
  • Utilise client research and industry knowledge to improve services 
  • Maintain client relationships and act as their primary contact 
  • Organise client events and business social networks, attend these and external events to promote the business and become a face to the brand 
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of services and benefits, and guide clients to the best solution for their requirements
  • Consult with internal Subject Matter Experts to create tailored solutions for clients 
  • Service as the voice for the clients internally to ensure solutions are created
Skills and Experience: 
  • Comprehensive understanding of the full range of Global Mobility services 
  • Previous experience in selling complex Human Resources solutions 
  • Understanding of marketing and digital sales solutions 
  • Proven history and ability to generate profit through business relationships 
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills 
  • Commercial and financial acumen 
  • Innovative approach to problem solving 
  • Ability to plan, implement and deliver business goals
