Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced APAC Immigration Manager in Singapore. 

This is an in-house position with a global corporation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business’ APAC immigration program
  • Identify opportunities to develop and improve the immigration program to benefit the business and employees
  • Manage the APAC Immigration team, providing training to the team and up-skilling, whilst ensuring their professional development
  • Work closely with other members of the business partnering on company projects
  • Liaise with stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships both externally and externally
  • Main point of contact for external vendors, ensuring services are in line with the agreed policy and managing any escalations or service issues
  • Provide support and guidance to the immigration team in order to achieve the immigration goals you set

Main Requirements:

  • Around 10+ years Immigration experience, APAC immigration experience is essential, other locations an advantage
  • Extensive experience managing a high performing immigration team
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Excellent problem solving and process improvement skills
