Job Summary

Due to growth and expansion, our client is looking to hire a skilled Relocation Specialist to join their thriving UK based team.

This position will partner with global assignees, guiding them through their global relocation process from start to finish. You will handle the full scope of services including destination services such as tenancy management and coordination of household goods moves. 

Duties of the Relocation Specialist include;

  • Coordinating the relocation and global mobility services process from start to finish
  • Managing a caseload of relocating employees, providing quality client services at all times
  • Supporting vendor management of suppliers
  • Building relationships with clients and international assignees
  • Coordinating destination services such as home search and school search 
  • Handling tenancy negotiations for assignees 
  • Support property services such as check in and check out processes 
  • Coordinating shipments of household goods moves from door to door
  • Acting as the subject matter expert regarding international relocations
  • Providing knowledge and guidance to clients and relocators during their relocation process
  • Ensuring records are maintained with accurate data

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience managing and coordinating international relocations
  • Strong knowledge of tenancy management
  • Sound destination services experience 
  • Keen interest in the global mobility industry
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Fluency in English is essential, fluency in another language would be advantageous
