If you have extensive global Client Account Management within the International Mobility & Relocation Services sector, we have an amazing opportunity for you.

We are looking for an experienced Global Director of Client Accounts to join a fast-developing relocation provider.

This position offers the opportunity to work remotely full-time in the UK or Europe.

You will have responsibility for core clients across the UK and EMEA region and may have further oversight of some APAC and US global client accounts.

The Global Mobility, Director of Client Accounts will cover both international and domestic client relationships and account strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key point of contact for dedicated global clients ensuring client satisfaction and successful delivery of account strategy
  • Serving as a subject matter expert in international mobility and relocation solutions
  • Ensuring relationships are built and maintained to ensure excellent service delivery within a timely manner
  • Support policy consulting teams to research and recommend policy changes for the client, and communicating any policy changes across the business 
  • Make recommendations to clients in order to improve their global mobility and relocation programs 
  • Ensure all client reporting is carried out and delivered, to help identify any areas for improvement
  • Effectively participating in client onboarding, working closely with the client implementation divisions to ensure a successful client transition
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients to enable them to successfully manage their relocation strategies 
  • Leading global client relations including client account strategy
  • Conducting global trend analysis to understand the market
  • Upselling new and existing products for clients based on requirements to help maximise profits
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining and approving client portfolio of revenue and profit projections
  • Schedule and lead client meetings, providing them with updates in conjunction with other internal teams
  • Continuously work closely with internal teams to ensure client mobility and relocation policies are successfully administered, in line with budgeted costs 
  • Providing direction and feedback to new team members and constructive performance feedback to management

Skills and experience: 

  • Over 5 years + global mobility and international assignments client account management experience
  • Proven experience in client satisfaction, client strategy and conflict resolution
  • Ability to manage executive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organisation skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving 
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to lead client engagements and deliver client presentations 
  • Strong accountability for customer and client experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential
