Alchemy are looking for a highly organised tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills to join our fast developing team as a Candidate Services, Talent Coordinator.

You’ll work within our global talent solutions team coordinating directly with candidates in order to screen them for suitable opportunities and coordinating their interview process.

Key duties of the Candidate Services, Talent Coordinator include:

  • Speaking with allocated candidates daily via telephone, email and video to discuss global job opportunities
  • Building and fostering professional relationships with talent worldwide
  • Coordinating interviews with candidates, supporting them throughout the process
  • Delivering candidate interview preparation and vacancy briefing calls
  • Recording candidate data on the CRM as required 
  • Supporting social media efforts to stay engaged with our global talent network
  • Provide general administrative and data entry support as required

Skillset and personality required for the Candidate Services, Talent Coordinator role:

  • It’s all about personality, we want the authentic you! 
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate with global talent at all levels 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster professional relationships via all means of communication
  • Strong IT skills using MS Word and Outlook, experience using Teams is preferred but not essential 
  • Broad corporate vocabulary and excellent grammar 
  • Excellent timekeeping and able to meet strict daily and weekly deadlines
  • Willingness to go the extra mile at all times
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a large talent network
  • Fluency in English is essential, an additional European language or Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly advantageous 
  • Degree level qualification preferred (but not essential)
  • Excellent memory
