Skills required for the Trainee Talent Resourcer:

  • Excellent IT skills with experience using Microsoft word and outlook
  • Great organisation skills
  • Strong communication and customer services
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to think independently
  • Confidence
  • Degree level qualification is preferred but not essential
  • Fluency in an additional European language would be advantageous but is not essential 
The Trainee Talent Resourcer will learn how to:
  • Foster and build relationships with candidates and clients by email and phone
  • Draft and present candidate applications
  • Search the database and CV sites for new talent 
  • Use LinkedIn and other social media to attract and network with candidates
  • Manage the inhouse CRM
  • Coordinate job offers
