Job Summary

We are currently partnering with a global company who are looking to recruit a Human Resources Business Partner to be based on-site in their Bangkok office.

This is a newly created position reporting directly into the Managing Director and will work closely alongside all departments. 

Key duties and responsibilities of the role include:

  • Monitoring of the recruitment process
  • Completing of all payroll administration and salary queries, including tax matters
  • Management of all staff personnel working procedures and policies
  • Monitor and devise of company benefit programmes
  • Liaise with all Division Managers and departments, creating a more streamlined working environment 
  • Review and update internal business policies and ensure that any legislative changes are reflected, as required
  • Ensure business compliance for audits , supporting both internal and external audits

Key experienced required includes:

  • A relevant HR qualification is required
  • Must be skilled in ISO 27001, 14001 and 9001
  • Extensive experience working in a hands-on HRBP or HR Manager role
  • Fantastic communications skills 
  • Fluent in English and Thai
  • Excellent knowledge of the recruitment process, employee relations and succession planning
  • Highly motivated with a positive and professional attitude
