Job Summary

A new and exciting opportunity is available for an experienced E-Learning, Learning & Development Specialist to join a leading provider of relocation and global mobility services in London.

As well as designing and producing e-learning initiatives this role will oversee a number of global learning curriculum's, as well as providing local learning support in EMEA and APAC regions. The E-Learning Specialist will also be responsible for supporting the L&D business plan and development strategy.


  • Ensure successful delivery of Learning and Development training initiatives
  • Responsible for the following Curriculums; Digital, New Hire and Foundational, Compliance, Soft Skills and Peer to Peer/Informational Learning
  • Identify training needs throughout the business to ensure training is up to date and easy for employees to grasp
  • Work with L&D management and other key stakeholders in EMEA/APAC to share information about L&D training initiatives and make planning recommendations to L&D management team
  • Review training content drafts designed by the L&D team, ensuring training is in line with the companies practices as well as providing input and recommendations for improvement
  • Gain an understanding of scope of new training requests by participating in project calls
  • Management of a team of 3 staff, including performance development, coaching and feedback
  • Stay up to date with new training industry trends and methods
  • Manage online training library and strategy
  • Compile training evaluations and metrics reporting for all Curriculum's
  • Take charge of global L&D communications
  • Make recommendations for enhancements L&D processes, training content, methods and curriculum's, and proactively find new ways to manage training delivery and performance
  • Manage various training initiatives and projects, dealing with competing priorities and allocate resources accordingly. Stay up to date with team workload and capacity planning, ensuring Learning Designers are held accountable for assigned projects
  • Minimum 7 years learning and development experience, including creation and implementation of internal employee training programs
  • Strong technical skills, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Articulate Storyline & (RISE)
  • Strong experience in designing, producing & developing e-Learning content
  • Experience performing L&D function on a global scale is strongly preferred
  • Project management and ability to manage organisation-wide initiatives
  • Staff management experience of both local and remote team members is required
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, additional L&D related designations is preferred
  • Ability to manage various projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of training needs analysis, development, design, delivery and measurement
