Job Summary

Inbound Sales, Consumer Moving 

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our clients fast-developing Consumer Moving and Relocation team.
This position offers hybrid working and excellent career progression.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Handling in-bound Sales enquiries made via telephone, email or website
  • Evaluating customer sales enquiries; to assess the scope of their move request
  • Scheduling pre-move surveys and inspections for pricing
  • Delivering Sales quotations to customers, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Upselling and cross-selling additional services to meet customer needs
  • Advising and booking insurance for moves with customers
  • Managing the consumer sales lifecycle through to completion
  • Maintain positive customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value
  • Working to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Work through the lead management sales process, including both budgeting and pricing
  • Winning and arranging surveys for consumer relationship managers
  • Develop relationships with potential new clients and convert these into new business
  • Regularly follow up with prospects on all sales leads
  • Ensuring all necessary data is recorded correctly
  • Achieve virtual survey conversion targets


What are we looking for:

  • Experience in Logistics, Moving, Relocation, Corporate Travel or Hospitality sector preferred
  • A natural sales and customer service professional, ideally with B2C experience
  • An outgoing and personable character with excellent relationship building skills
  • An excellent communicator (both written and verbal)
  • A great multi-tasker
  • Strong IT skills using MS office
