Job Summary

We are delighted to be partnering with an established and expanding international relocation services business in their search for a new member of the team to be based remotely working from home in The Netherlands.

Duties

  • In the role you will be responsible for managing relocation cases from start to finish, providing excellent customer services to clients and assignees.
  • Liaison with international corporate client’s HR & Global Mobility professionals to establish case details and company policy for the assignment.
  • Communicating with Assignees to coordinate destination / relocation services to include; home searches. temporary housing, school searches, furniture rentals, and local orientation tours.
  • You will organise property viewings with third parties and negotiate tenancy / lease agreements on behalf of the assignees as part of the relocation service.
  • Ensure immigration applications are processed in a timely fashion.
  • Regularly analyse client satisfaction and deal with any issues.
  • Production of reports
  • Attending regular virtual meetings with your work colleagues from around the globe
  • Suggest improvements to the company’s way of working.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in the relocations, global mobility or immigration sectors
  • Superior organisational skills
  • Ability to work using own initiative working remotely as part of the team
  • Exceptional customer services and communication skills
  • Intercultural awareness
  • Fluent Dutch & English
