Job Summary

Our client is looking for an Implementation Consultant to join their team in one of their regional offices, or for the right candidate a remote working arrangement.

The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for managing a smooth implementation process for clients, as well as ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties.

Responsibilities of the Implementation Consultant
  • Deliver on implementation tasks
  • Meet implementation timelines by ensuring proficiency in processes and procedures
  • Use the company’s methods and procedures during the implementation and document client activity
  • Be the advocate for clients to support and provide knowledge on the subject matter
  • Deliver training to clients on the company’s own mobility software tools as necessary
  • Contribute to amending and creating client policy documents, policy solutions, training resources, etc. and deliver these to internal team members
  • Keeps the internal teams, management and clients updated on the current process and any problems that arise 
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience within the relocation/global mobility industry is essential, ideally in a client implementation or client services role
  • Be able to multitask on various projects and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid knowledge and use of all MS office applications
  • Have a strong sense of proactiveness and confidence to look for opportunities for improvement
  • Be a conscientious individual who is highly detail orientated
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ambitious individual who wants to develop their career within the business
  • Team player who is proactive in helping others
  • Bachelor’s Degree
