Job Summary

A superb career opportunity has arisen for an Implementation Project Leader to work in one of our clients’ regional offices, or for the right candidate a remote working structure.

Our client is a leading relocation management company that offers great benefits and career progression and continue to develop and surpass their customer loyalty and satisfaction rates.

The Implementation Project Leader will establish & maintain the complete project plan and organize and coordinate the engagement of all team members, whilst ensuring the team are delivering to deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and direct the implementation tasks for mid to large sized client implementations
  • Accountable for the system optimisation to enable long term customer engagement and loyalty to contribute toward the businesses financial goals
  • Deliver strategic support to the implementation Director
  • Expedite client & system analysis, training, and final implementation of production tools for LBOs
  • Keep the internal teams, management and clients updated on the current process and any problems that arise 
  • Be a mentor and develop training to Implementation Professionals
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience within the relocation/global mobility industry as a client implementation professional is essential  
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • CRP and/or GMS qualification preferred
  • Certified PMP desirable 
  • Be able to multitask on various projects and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid knowledge and use of all MS office applications
  • Have a strong sense of proactiveness and confidence to look for opportunities for improvement
  • Proven experience in consistently producing highly accurate projects
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven experience meeting deadlines and goals
