Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is delighted to be partnering with a rapidly expanding business head quartered in Berlin, in their search for an Operations Manager due to gargantuan company growth over the last few years.   

The role

  • You will act as the Director’s ‘right hand person’ to manage the companies fast growing operations team
  • Assist with interviewing and recruiting new staff members for the operations team
  • Undertake the training, coaching, supervision and development of Team Leaders
  • Review the teams’ performance, KPI’s and produce action / training / coaching plans 
  • Prepare reports on financial forecasts and projections
  • Supervise any client escalations and resolve where necessary
  • Collaborate with other departments to assist with the companies expansion across Europe

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • You will be an experienced people manager, team supervisor, team leader who can supervise and motivate and lead team on the day to day operations ensuring the smooth running of the business
  • Proven staff training, team leading, coaching and mentoring experience a must have
  • Strong communication skills are essential when liaising with both team members and clients alike
  • You will be extremely customer focussed and able to deal with client escalations effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to review and improve internal processes and procedures
  • Able to review KPI’s and produce productivity reports and action plans
  • Fluency in both German and English language skills
