Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Immigration professional to join our client's fast-developing UK immigration division.

Scope of the Immigration Specialist role:

  • To act as the go-to point of contact for a portfolio of corporate client accounts regarding UK In-bound Immigration 
  • Deliver solution-based approach to all aspects of client immigration services
  • To consult on and provide expert advice to assignees and corporate clients on UK Immigration processes
  • Serve as the international immigration subject matter expert regarding UK immigration and visa queries
  • Ensure immigration compliance and deliver ongoing advisory

Core duties include:

  • Fully manage the immigration lifecycle for UK Inbound immigration cases
  • Always ensure legal compliance, whilst maintaining satisfaction from the assignee and the client
  • Handle UK visa, immigration, and permit applications not limited to Consular, ILR, Skilled Worker, and ICT applications
  • Providing technical UK immigration advice to clients, HR contacts, key stakeholders, and assignees
  • Coordinate effectively with third-party suppliers and vendors involved in service delivery
  • Conduct immigration and regulation-based research for clients as required
  • Manage associated family and partner applications such as; dependant visas and spousal visas etc.
  • Ensure processes maintain compliance with the UK governing immigration requirements
  • Handling client applications for consular documents and visas, permits, residencies, skilled worker, ICT, leave to remain, entry clearance, ILR, citizenship, and naturalisation 
  • Managing a caseload and accurately maintaining records as required 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • OISC accredited is required
  • Extensive experience of corporate business immigration is essential
  • Knowledge of a variety of visa/application types relating to UK immigration across the PBS (points-based system)
  • Strong immigration experience, covering a range of applications including Consular, ILR, Skilled Worker, and ICT 
  • Ability to build strategic working relationships internally and externally with assignees and vendors
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Passionate about providing quality immigration-related services
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work on own initiative
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong client liaison experience
  • Excellent independent research skill
