Job Summary

Our client, a leading Relocation provider is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager based in Miami.

The BDM is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Latin America geographical region.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle strategies and practices resulting in consistent growth in the Latin America geographical region
  • Identify and drive new firm business while maintaining a solid profit margin
  • Participate in the preparation and application of RFP's
  • Manage existing contracts and act as the point of contact for clients
  • Develop creative solutions for mobility planning and strategies for clients
  • Research the core business areas to provide information to clients and generating proposals

Person

  • Significant B2B sales experience across multiple countries in the LATAM region
  • Experience with in the Relocation or the wider expatriate services industry is required
  • Background living and working in the LATAM region is highly desirable
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrable results in achieving sales targets in previous roles
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish or Portuguese
