Our client - a Serviced Apartment specialist is looking for a strong Sales Executive to join their growing team.
They are looking for a money hungry and target driven individual.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Maintain and build relationships with both potential new clients and existing clients
- Professionally convert relationships into new business opportunities using leads
- Retaining of assigned accounts
- Handle and qualify sales inquiry calls and emails for corporate housing needs from clients
- Support management sales process
- Create rapport with personnel at our existing clients
Key requirements are:
- Strong sales experience
- Target driven and money motivated
- Excellent speaking and writing communication skills
- Relevant industry experience in Serviced Apartment or hospitality sector preferred
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
