Job Summary

Our Client a well-established Corporate Accommodation provider is seeking to appoint an Account Executive in Houston, TX.

The primary function of this role will be to maintain and develop new and existing business.

Knowledge of the property/real estate market in the Housing area is essential.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new leads.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients.
  • Prepare quotes and correspondence to clients.
  • Research accommodation in areas outside of the company's core locations.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales report to management.
  • Update and maintain client information.
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

  • Outstanding Customer Service skills
  • A team player attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and computer skills
  • Experience of working in an inside sales role
  • Good success in building of new business
  • Background from a travel, relocation or real estate position
