A Hospitality Specialist, is seeking a VP/ Vice President of Sales to lead the sales team, whilst training, managing and developing them.
This position requires extensive experience in Sales & Business Development within the Serviced Apartment / Corporate Housing sector.
- Grow the revenue of the sales team
- Mentor, develop and manage sales managers
- Prospecting of New Business
- Identify prospective clients and maintain client relations
- Review and develop key accounts
- Sale reporting
- Training and Development
- Networking with local organizations
- Forecasting of Sales Targets and ensuring they are met
- Attend trade shows as directed
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work history
- 5+ years of B2B/ B2C
- Sales management
- Excellent communication skills and Microsoft packages
Domestic travel will be required
