Our client, is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their team. This role will suit an well rounded Sales Professional with experience working in the Corporate Accommodation sector.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering revenue targets for new business in line with company strategy
  • Drive target business
  • Responsible for optimising market share performance
  • Target, secure and grow new accounts in line with company process
  • Must be a proactive advocate for the company to promote company at events and networking opportunities and participate in sales pitches
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Liaise effectively with other teams within the business
  • Ensure business has optimal market position by monitoring actively of competitors

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience of new business development in a Corporate Accommodation, Extended Stay, Furnished Apartment or Relocation 
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with new clients
  • Excellent negotiation, sales, contracting and account planning experience a must
  • Able to utilise company sales best-practice effectively
  • Must be able to work in fast-paced environment
  • IT literate and experienced in working with new sales technologies
  • Able to simultaneously handle multiple on-going projects - must be highly organised and able to effectively prioritise
  • Creative thinking and problem solving skills
  • High level communication skills
