Job Summary

Our client, a Corporate Housing provider, now seeks to appoint a Sales/ Account Executive to join their team in their New York office.

Duties and responsibilities for this role include;

  • Maintain and build relationships with both potential new clients and existing clients
  • Professionally convert relationships into new business opportunities using leads
  • Liaise with clients to obtain completed paperwork for all reservations and create new contracts for clients
  • Handle and qualify sales inquiry calls and emails for corporate housing needs from clients
  • Ensure accurate reservations details are presented accordingly to both accounting and operations team
  • Support management sales process (including budgeting/pricing)
  • Create rapport with personnel at our existing clients
  • Follow up with prospects on all leads ensuring that all leads are closed

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent IT Skills are essential
  • Excellent speaking and writing communication skills
  • Must have ability to multi-task
  • Relevant industry experience in Corporate Housing or hospitality sector preferred
  • Great customer service skills required
  • Must be detail oriented, organized and have the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
