Job Summary

A leading professional services firm is currently looking for a Senior Consultant - Talent and Employee Engagement to join their team in London. The successful individual will be responsible for delivering employee engagement consulting to clients and for developing solutions to address engagement issues.

The Talent and Employee Engagement Consultant will also be developing employee listening strategies, will be designing the approach to employee research and will be responsible for the analysis of research data.

Main responsibilities :

  • Create and maintain client relationships by becoming an influential advisor on employee engagement issues
  • Design effective solutions and undertake qualitative and quantitative employee research
  • Develop complex client proposals and identify business development opportunities through client interactions
  • Contribute to market development initiatives and develop material for internal and external client conferences and events

Education and qualifications:

  • You will ideally be educated to degree level
  • Experience within a client-facing consulting firm or as part of a large internal team
  • Experience with employee engagement and research programs
  • Business development and networking skills required
  • Experience coaching, leading and managing people is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
  • Fluency in French would be advantageous
