Job Summary

Our client, a Serviced Apartment provider, now seeks to appoint a Sales Coordinator to join their team in their New York office.

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for dealing with all new enquiries through to completion assisting the team and making sure they receive excellent customer service.

Duties and responsibilities for this role include;

· Maintain and build relationships with both potential new clients and existing clients

· Analyze new lead opportunities

· Liaise with clients to obtain completed paperwork for all reservations and create new contracts for clients

· Arranging of meetings and closing of sale

· New Business Development

Ideal Candidate:

· Excellent IT Skills are essential

· Excellent speaking and writing communication skills

· Must have ability to multi-task

· Relevant industry experience in hospitality or real estate

· Great customer service skills required

· Must be detail oriented, organized and have the ability to meet deadlines

· Proficiency using Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
