Vice President, Sales - New York

We are partnering with a Corporate Housing provider based in New York looking to recruit a Vice President, Sales.

My client is one of the leading Corporate Housing and Serviced Apartment providers globally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the sales team to their full potential.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Create and develop the company's sales plan focusing on the Corporate Housing and Serviced Apartment markets with new and existing clients.
  • Work alongside the sales team to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Building of strong relationships with clients through meetings and entertaining.
  • Consistently monitor the Corporate Housing/ Serviced Apartment market paying specific attention to competitors.
  • Networking with new and existing clients
  • Mentor develop and train Sales Managers
  • Creating of market plans and reviews

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • 4 years' experience working as a Sales Manager
  • Previous working experience for a Corporate Housing, Real Estate, Relocation or Serviced Apartment provider
  • Working knowledge of SalesForce
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Be a consistent and proven sales performer who is able to make an impact quickly.
  • The ability to travel globally when required.
